Worship Service Times

Sundays            10:30 a.m.

                             Wednesdays      6:30 p.m.

Worship Services are a Spirit filled, Spirit led yet with Biblical order maintained.  The focus is the worship and glory of God, not man centered. An atmosphere of prayer, fellowship and worship in the fear of the Lord, in a spirit of the beauty of His holiness, no flesh to glory in His presence, but the Lord to receive all the glory and preeminence. The church is young, simple with plenty of opportunity for faithful servants of Christ to grow and be used mightily for the glory of God.

Services always provide for healthy interaction in fellowship, breaking bread together and bearing one another’s burdens in the laying down of our lives one for another. Self-promoting or superficial non- committed relationships will likely not be comfortable among the wholesome accountability sound Biblical friendships afford in this place. "Earnestly contending for the faith" has produced a carefulness of searching the scriptures for accuracy in sound doctrine and application of being doers of the Word at all costs. The new commandment Jesus left is His church, "love one another even as I have loved you... by this shall all men know you are my disciples," is the standard of fellowship and relationships in the body.

Daily Prayer Meetings

2 Chron. 7:12-16
12 And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice.
13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.
16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.

Acts 2:42
42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

Acts 4:24
24 And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord,

Acts 12:5
 but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.

Mt. 18:19
19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

Childrens Ministry

Ps. 78:4
4 We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.

Ps. 78:6-7
6 That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:
7 That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

Dt. 32:46-47
46 And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.
47 For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.

Eph. 6:1-4
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
2 Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)
3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Marriages

Mt. 19:4-6
4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
KJV

Gen. 2:18
18 And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Tit 2:3-5
3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

1 Ti 5:14-15
14 I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.
15 For some are already turned aside after Satan.
